It is the painters hope to complete these titles below first in the style of Free Modern Abstract Expressionism!

Aurochs on Birch – this painting of mixed media is projected to be completed in 2010 by American Artist Ansel Horsman.  It is a painting that features Aurochs, an ancestor of the domestic cattle, on Birch tree (painting surface).  The painting is to symbolize the awaking of man’s art effort tied with nature and the artist’s vision of today’s work.  It is in essence, a modern version of Paleolithic European (Lascaux, Livernon, France) cave paintings.  As always with all Horsman paintings, original poetry related to the topic will be attached [note: that the poetry, on Egyptian papyrus, is projected for the first time to be attached to the front of the painting].

Living Sequoia – this painting of mixed media is projected to be completed in 2010 by American Artist Ansel Horsman.  It is a painting that celebrates nature’s gift of trees to mankind.  It has a central focus on the California Redwood trees and it is the artist’s desire to highlight our connectedness with such an awesome long living tree.  As always with all Horsman paintings, original poetry related to the topic will be included.

Masada– this painting is projected to be completed in 2010 by American Artist Ansel Horsman.  It is a painting that has a purpose to enlighten the public to the courageous resistance of humans to oppression.  This work is intended to be a symbol and celebration of Israeli’s freedom.  Original poetry will be included.

Enter in full view of Picasso – this painting is projected to be completed in 2010 by American Artist Ansel Horsman.  This painting is a combined tribute to the wife of Pablo Picasso (Olga Khokhlova) and Ansel Horsman (Iryna Marynichenko Horsman), both of whom are Ukrainian.  It is also a tribute to the works of Pablo Picasso as he is admired by the artist.  Original poetry will be included with this work.

An American in New York– this painting is projected to be completed in 2010 by American Artist Ansel Horsman.  This painting merges two of the artist’s more interesting experiences, George Gershwin’s music with the city that fascinated him as a teenager.  This painting is a celebration of the artist’s short time spent in New York City as a student of 15/16 years old.  The artist only spent a week in New York City but was there on his 16th birthday.  The artist was fascinated with how large the city seemed and especially liked the time that was spent there.  Additionally, one of the artist’s most favorite composers is George Gershwin and this work is a tribute to his contributions.  This work will contact original poetry by the artist and it is the artist’s hope that the tributes will be most accepting.
