Two Cats Paws - (24”/ 61 cm x 24”/ 61 cm, with frame 40.5"/ 103 cm x 35.5"/90 cm), oil and silver on wood – Two Cats Paws is a piece filled with truth and symbolism. It depicts a family in run/ chase and has the latin phrase of run emancipium run. The central and daunting hangman’s noose along with the two cats paws (left) fills the audience with thought. The artist has expressed that this is one of his favorite pieces to date. Included in this piece is original poetry, placed on the back, and is written on Egyptian papyrus.
